Send & Receive of Unicorn

1. How is your time working?
   -> 1 AM-7 PM CET every day but you can send input anytime (no rush service 4 hours after 5PM).

The time delivery always counted since the time you sent.

2. How can I know you have received my order?
   -> We always send the confirmation email after receiving new mail from you.

3. Which format files do you accept?
   -> Any files easy to transfer but we would like to edit on raw files.

4. I want to send the test
   -> Send us by email include: link download and tell us all your references. As detailed as possible. 

5. How can I order?

6. How time turn back for correction or amendment?
   -> 2-4 hrs depending on the level of request.

7. I don't see any confirmation email from you. I have sent an email 4 hrs ago?
   -> Maybe your email go to our Spam box. Please direct us via Skype, Instagram, or create a new email.

8. How can I pay?
-> Monthly payment via Paypal or Transferwise after agreeing to detailed invoice we send

 

9. The files too large. I don't have enough space to send you?
   -> We will send you a Onedrive link, please upload on this.

10. I want delivery by Dropbox link?
   -> Of course, please take note when ordering.

11. I want to know more?
   -> Please don't hesitate to email us.
